If the credentials are lost, contact after-sales service to obtain the SN and PIN combined QR code through the serial number on the charging pile.

If the serial number sticker on the device is worn and unreadable, you can check it through the APP.

If the app is unbound or the phone is lost, you can search for the charging pile's Bluetooth name via the phone's Bluetooth to get the serial number (the charging station serial number and Bluetooth serial number are the same and have a corresponding relationship).

The charging pile meets the national standard IP54 protection level, with good sealing, and can adapt to extreme outdoor weather conditions, and will not be corroded by rain, wind, sand, or dust.

You must use the cable provided with the electric vehicle or the cable specified by the car manufacturer. If the cable is not compliant, it may cause an electronic lock fault, preventing the charging gun from being pulled out normally.

Please download the EasyCharging APP from the Google Play Store.

This is because the charging pile has not been added to the charging pile product management system or is configured incorrectly. Please contact technical support.

You can provide feedback on the feedback page. It is recommended to include detailed descriptions, images, and videos. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue after receiving your feedback.   

1.Please check if the microinverter is powered on.

2.Please check if the connected WiFi is on the 2.4G band, as the device only supports 2.4G band networks.

3.Ensure that the phone's Bluetooth is turned on and that the phone is not too far from the device.

Go to the power station, find the corresponding device, and enter the device details page. Click on the "..." in the upper right corner and select "Device Networking" to reconfigure the network for the device.       

Note: Deleting the power station will reset all data for the station. Please proceed with caution!    Go to the power station, click on the "..." in the upper right corner, and select "Delete Power Station."

Note: Unbinding the device will reset the device's power generation data. Please proceed with caution.   Go to the power station, find the corresponding device, and enter the device details page. Click on the "..." in the upper right corner and select "Unbind Device."

Open the APP, go to the "My" page. Select "Settings," enter the electricity price, and save.
